Sriracha Honey Garlic Glazed Chicken Wings

Ingredients

  • garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon chili-garlic sauce or sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 pound chicken drumettes or wings, tips removed
  • Preparation

  • 1. Whisk along initial eight ingredients in a very tiny bowl. Place chicken in a very massive zip-top plastic storage bag. Pour honey-garlic marinade over chicken; seal bag, and toss gently to coat. Refrigerate a minimum of half dozenhours or nightlong.
    2. heat grill to medium-high heat (350° to 400°). Drain and discard marinade. Grill chicken, turning sometimesthirty five minutes or till golden brown on all sides.
    Wings is also baked at forty0° on a baking sheet in a very single layer thirty to 40 minutes, turning once halfway through preparation time.
